1. Services

Business Growth House provides website design and related digital services. By using our intake form and purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD and displayed at checkout
• Payment is required before final delivery
• Recurring services (hosting, maintenance) are billed as stated
• We accept major credit cards via Stripe

3. Direct Checkout Packages

Logo and brand identity packages may be purchased directly through Stripe Checkout. A checkout payment reserves your package and starts our review process. We may request additional project details before design work begins so the brand direction fits your business, audience, and intended use.

• Logo Design: focused logo direction and export-ready files
• Brand Identity: logo system, color/type direction, and mini brand guide
• Full Brand System: expanded identity assets and launch-ready brand direction

4. Delivery Timeline

We review complete project details within 24 hours and provide a clear timeline before work begins. Final delivery depends on revision requests, content readiness, and the plan selected.

5. Revisions

• Starter: 2 rounds of revisions
• Professional: 3 rounds of revisions
• Premium: 4 rounds of revisions
• Logo Design: 2 rounds of revisions
• Brand Identity: 3 rounds of revisions
• Full Brand System: 4 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions beyond your plan are available at $50 per round.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own all rights to your final website design
• You own any custom logos or graphics created for you
• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless you opt out)

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Supply necessary content, logos, and images
• Respond to revision requests in a timely manner
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide

8. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your initial previews, we offer a full refund before you select a design to proceed with. Once you approve a design and we begin final development, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Business Growth House's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or deliverables.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
